Worship Gatherings are Sundays @6pm [Directions]

Charles River Church meets at the Boston School of Modern Languages @ 814 South St Roslindale, MA 02131 @ 6pm. This language school owns and operates out of a vintage church building at the Roslindale Village Commuter Rail stop at Roslindale Sq. Bus transportation is available from Forest Hills Station to Roslindale Sq. You'll find clear signs, plenty of parking, and friendly faces ready to answer any questions that you may have.

Parents: During the Worship Gathering, children from Birth-5th Grade can learn about God from loving volunteers at CRC's exciting children's program, River Kids. We recommend that you arrive by 5:50 to check-in your children.

 

 

 

What should I expect on Sundays?

People usually arrive 10-15 minutes early after following clear signs into the building and the auditorium.

You'll find the Connections Area as a place for you to meet people, get more information about our church, a free gift book for guests, coffee and light refreshments.

The worship gathering lasts approximately 1hr and 15 minutes and includes music, a reading from the Bible, prayer led by the leadership, and a message from the Bible taught by Pastor Josh or a guest teacher. The message is from the Bible and will present the character of God and how we should respond in to him in our world.

We participate in communion in the gathering on the first Sunday of every month to remember Jesus' work on the cross together. At the end of each gathering, we give back to God our financial offerings to meet the needs of Boston and beyond and to further the ministry of the church. At the end of our gathering people often hang around to catch up and get to know each other and many go enjoy lunch together.
